Monday night Pilates Classes with Michelle Flynn for beginners and intermediate are commencing again and new members are always welcome. Pilates is a fitness activity for people of all ages and fitness levels. It tones muscles, improves flexibility, strength and balance, relieves tension and stress, improves breathing, mobility and posture, helps injury recovery, back pain and promotes good circulation agility and stamina. We have our usual array of computer courses for beginners and intermediate, digital camera classes, internet, email, ECDL and advanced ECDL. As always our tutors are on hand at all times to help. Don’t miss out on a golden opportunity to update your skills or just have fun meeting new people.
